Boost Beginner Class
A slow paced 50 mins beginner level full body workout on the megaformer that focuses on introducing the method and the machines. Expect extra attention to alignment and technique and slower transition times between exercises.
Boost Signature Class
Our signature 50 min Mega Workout is performed on the Evo Machine and is based on the MOFO Method – a combination of Lagree Fitness & Pilates Fundamentals. Through slow controlled movements and multiple muscle group activation, expect a high intensity yet low impact workout that targets your core, muscular strength, endurance, breathing and alignment.
All levels are welcome.
