We do not record telephone conversations or calls that you make to us.
CCTV
CCTV is installed at our studios, to monitor building security and assist in crime prevention and detection. We operate our CCTV in accordance with the guidance issued by the United Arab Emirates authorities. We collect this data as part of our role as a service provider to you, and to ensure the health and safety of our staff, members and visitors. We will not hold images for longer than necessary and will dispose of them securely.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDINGS
We may take photographs or movie shots of the premises, classes, events and other activities relating to Boost. You may be included in some of these photographs, either individually or as a group. We reserve the right to use such photographs or movie shots for press or promotional purposes unless you instruct us otherwise.
ACCESSING, REVIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
