With a background in psychology, Tara enjoys studying the mind and its connection with body movement and well-being. She seeks to understand people’s body language to create a unique and personalized experience. With six years of experience as a Pilates instructor, Tara’s top priority is to build long, lean muscles throughout the body. Expect a nice boost of cardio and the perfect accompanying music playlists to keep you pushing through, leaving behind your daily worries. One of the compliments she receives from clients is that she humbly offers much more than just a workout.
